Our cattery
The story of our cattery began when we bought a cat, named
Bekhem. Bekhem is my
love at first sight. From the moment I saw this cat on one show, I could
not leave it.
It was my first meeting with Bekhem and with the breed
Cornish-Rex.
Now Cornish Rexes are my passion.
By the way, the cat turned from a little kitten to a big wonderful cat
and he was exhibited
at the bench-show ‛Eurasua 2007‛ in Ekaterinburg in March
2007 and took title ‛ World Champion in WCF‛.
I hope, he will be not the only ‛world champion‛ in our cattery.
When Bekhem grew up I thought of its future. Later we bought a wonderful she-cat Raiji Star.
Our cattery was registered in WCF in 2006, certificate ¹ 060150.66. I hope that our cats will contribute to our felinology and, particularly, to the breed Cornish Rex.
In 2007 Jurji-Felicia took part in different shows, according to experts, she was awarded Grand Inter Champion Title.
In April 2007, an important event was in our cattery, a new cat from Tidgi cattery arrived to our cattery. We hope it will improve regional Cornish Rex type. Soon after we received this cat we sent it to the ‘World Sho’ in Moscow, where experts appreciated the cat’s beauty at its true value and awarded the second place in WCF standard among juniors.
In July 2007 we got a new member of our cattery - Elena Kovalenko with her cat Anais Raibek, a new star of STAR Loose cattery. This young she-cat took the first place on ‛Ural Cap 2007‛ and got experts’ high mark, who noted its good future prospects for cattery’s breeding abilities. Elena is an experienced breeder with a long-term experience in felinology. We hope our meeting will lead us to long-term cooperation in our cattery. At the moment Elena attends the course of advanced training for instructors-felinologists.
Our cats are under regular veterinary control. They are subject to vet examinations and preventive measures, because they often participate in shows. All kittens have vaccination and veterinary certificates.
